【中文摘要】外来人口改变了一个城市的人口结构,进入城市的外来人口的人居活动和当地人口的人居活动相互联系、相互作用从而影响到该城市的自然地理环境、经济发展和社会变迁。由于研究不同,关于外来人口的界定分歧很大,给相关研究带来很大不便。本文把来自大连城市人居环境系统以外的人口定义为外来人口,依据外来人口来大连的和动机将外来人口分为外来学习交流人口、外来投资人口、外来旅游人口、外来务工人口和投亲访友人口以及无业盲流人口,并把外来人口人居活动作为城市人居环境系统的干扰因素,采用系统论的基本原理和方法研究外来人口人居活动与大连城市人居环境系统的协调发展关系。城市人居环境系统是以人居活动为主体的复杂开放的系统,包括物质系统和非物质系统。为研究外来人口的人居活动对大连城市人居环境系统的物质系统和非物质系统的影响。对物质系统的三个子系统选择2000年以来的10年的15个指标150个数据与大连外来人口进行相关性分析,对非物质系统三个子系统选取17个指标170个数据运用SPSS软件进行分析,并分别建立外来人口与大连城市人居环境系统物质系统和非物质系统的的数学模型。经过分析发现物质系统中的住宅子系统和交通子系统与外来人口的相关度高,外来人口人居活动对城市非物质系统的影响最大的是:邮电通信、社会保障、商业和服务业、客运量、供水、供电、固定投资、教育和科研投

入,而与娱乐文化宣传的相关性差,说明外来人口的社会融入性不强。通过分析,结合大连人居环境系统的实际提出了大连城市人居环境系统的可持续发展的建议。本文基于外来人口统计口径的差异以及外来人口的分歧的限制,定性分析时对外来人口采用最宽泛的定义,在定量分析时采用权威外来人口统计数据进行模糊分析,对分析结果有一定影响。

【英文摘要】Floating population has changed the population structure of a city; they also have mutual contact and interaction with local population in habitat activities, which influences the city’s natural geography, economic development and social change. The definitions of the transient (or floating) population differ greatly when there are different research purposes, which caused great inconvenience to the relevant research. This paper, according to the purpose and motivation of foreign migrants entering into Dalian, defined those outside the system of Dalian human settlement as the floating population, and classified them by

study-communication floating population, investment floating population, tourist floating population, migrant population, pay-a-visit floating population and unemployed floating population, Then treated floating population human settlements activities as a system of interference factors, adopted the

basic principles and methods of the system to study the coordinated development relationship of floating population habitat activities and urban human settlements in Dalian.The urban human settlement system is complex and open, which mainly based on habitat activities, including material systems and non-material systems. For studying the floating population’habitat activities how to influence the material systems and non-material systems of Dalian urban human settlement, we chose 15 indicators and 150 information records from three subsystems of material system since 2000, and do the correlation analysis with Dalian floating population. Then selected 17 indicators and 170 information records from three subsystems of non-material system and analyzed those using SPSS software, then, established two mathematical models respectively. Finally, we found, in material system, the residential subsystem and transport subsystem have high correlation, and in non-material system, floating population’s habitat activities have supreme influence in the post and

telecommunication, social security, business and services, passenger, water supply, power supply, fixed investment, education and scientific research investment, little in entertainment culture propaganda. Finally, through analysis,

combined with the fact of Dalian human settlement system, we proposed suggestions of how to develop the Dalian urban human settlement system.Based on the floating population diameter of demographic differences and the restrictions of differences definition of floating population, and used the broadest definition to do the qualitative analysis of floating population, Fuzzy analyzed in quantitative analysis, which have certain influence on analysis result.
