摘要：The invention relates to a guide device (), in particular for positioning cathetersin a body duct. The guide device () has an extended first thread () and at least oneextended second thread () made from wire, which runs close to the first thread ().
According to the invention, the guide device () has a device (), provided for one of thethreads () by means of which it is possible to actively control a relative movementbetween the threads () or at least make the same difficult.
