摘要：The invention relates to a venting device (1) for venting a cavity (I) of an injectionmould (F) that can be filled with injection moulding material via a venting opening (O) ofthe injection mould (F), comprising a housing (G), which has a through-opening (D) and isdesigned and intended for arrangement on the injection mould (F) in such a way that airthat is present in the cavity (I) and escapes from the venting opening (O) of the injectionmould (F) when injection moulding material is introduced into the cavity (I) can escapethrough the through-opening (D) of the housing (G) into an outer space (A) surroundingthe injection mould (F), comprising a valve pin (V) that is made to extend longitudinallyalong a direction of extent (R) and is mounted in the housing (G) such that it can movealong its direction of extent (R), wherein the valve pin (V) is designed for being movedfrom a venting position, in which the valve pin (V) is arranged in the through-opening (D) insuch a way that air escaping from the venting opening (O) of the injection mould (F) canescape into the outer space (A) along the valve pin (V) through the through-opening (D),in the direction of the cavity (I) into a first cleaning position, with injection mouldingmaterial that gets into the through-opening (D) being taken along by the valve pin (V)and transported out of the through-opening (D), and wherein the valve pin (V) is designedfor being moved from the first cleaning position away from the cavity (I) into a second
