摘要： Benzamide derivative of formula (I) wherein R1 represents an optionallycontaining alkyl one or more bond (s) double (s) or triple (s) carbon atoms, andoptionally interrupted by one or more heteroatom (s) or sulfinyl groups or sulfonyl,optionally bearing one or more substituents selected from halogen, amino, alkoxy,alkylthio, alkylamino or -CONR6R7, wherein R6 represents hydrogen or methyl and R7 ismethyl, trifluoromethyl or trichloromethyl, R 2 symbols represent hydrogen, alkyl oroptionally substituted phenyl or two R2 groups form a ring, R3 represents hydrogen oralkyl, R4 is alkoxy, alkylthio, dimethylamino or heterocyclo group 5 or 8 members, and R5is -NR8R9 or -OR10 wherein R8 and R9 are hydrogen or alkyl optionally containing one ormore bond (s) double (s) or triple (s) carbon atoms, and optionally interrupted by one ormore heteroatom (s), or sulfinyl or sulfonyl groups, and R10 is hydrogen or alkyloptionally containing one or more bond (s) double (s) or triple (s) carbon atoms, andoptionally interrupted by one or more heteroatom ( s), or sulfinyl or sulfonyl groups.This compound and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof exhibit usefulpharmacological properties.
