摘要：A system for storing and releasing information including a portable device and areceiver. The portable device includes a secure memory, a memory buffer, an accesscontrol system for controlling output of the information from the secure memory only

upon a user entering an authentication, and a transmitter. The receiver is separate fromthe portable device for receiving the information transmitted from the transmitter. Theinformation can be stored in the memory buffer and transmitted from the memorybuffer by the transmitter to the receiver without the user entering the authentication.The information can be stored in the secure memory and transmitted from the

transmitter to the receiver only upon the user entering the authentication such that thesystem allows alternatively releasing the information from the portable device with orwithout using the authentication.
