摘要
本论文提出了基于西门子S7—200PLC为基础的设计方案，方案是以PLC作为系统的控制核心。自动分拣系统一般由控制装置、分类装置、输送装置及分拣道口组成。分拣功能包括四个方面:分拣出金属铁质材料、铝质材料；分拣出金属中黄颜色块；其他材料块。分拣装置系统是指按照预定的控制程序动作，实现对不同的产品进行分类，减轻人工的劳动强度，完成自动化生产的控制要求，具有动作迅速、准确、结构简单、安装方便、可靠等一系列优点，在各行业中得到广泛的应用。

ABSTRACT
In this paper，based on Siemens S7 – 200 PLC chip design scheme of the system. The scheme is based on the PLC as the core of the control system. Automatic sorting system by the general control device, sorting device, conveying device and a sorting crossing. Sorting functions include four aspects, sorting out metal iron materials, aluminum material; Sorting out metal spectrophotometer color piece, other materials piece. According to the predetermined control program to action, and to realize the different product classification, reduce artificial labor strength and complete automation production control requirements with action quick, accurate and simple structure, easy installation, reliable, and a series of advantages, in various industries widely applied.
