摘要:Process for the manufacture by melting-solidification of an ingot made ofsuperconductive oxide with a high critical temperature, belonging especially to theclasses YBaCuO, BiSrCaCuO, TlBaCaCuO, characterised in that the starting point is aningot (1) of oxide which has the appropriate stoichiometry, which is held horizontally bylevitation on a gas film inside a furnace (40), that it is melted, that a vertical temperaturegradient is established in the said furnace so that a nucleation begins in the lower part ofthe said ingot, that, while the said temperature gradient is maintained, the overalltemperature of the furnace is lowered at a rate lower than or equal to 0.1 DEG C/hour tothe temperature corresponding to a complete solidification, and in that finally aconventional oxygenation treatment is applied to the said ingot.
