This instruction is applied to all variable spring supports and hangers which including following:

1. 安裝前注意事項Notes before Installation
管道支吊架安裝的基本要求是:按圖安裝,精心調整,嚴格檢驗。
As minimum requirements, the piping support and hanger shall be installed as per drawings and adjusted carefully. And strict inspection is also necessary.
按圖安裝,就是支吊架零部件型式、規格和材料的選用,支吊架的定位、安裝和調整都應按照支吊架組裝圖或支吊架型式圖或支吊架明細和安裝指南進行。
Besides selection for element type, specification, material of spring support and hanger, location, installation and adjustment of spring support and hanger shall be as per the requirements of assembly drawing, structural plan and installation instruction.
精心調整,就是在支吊架組裝後,應按照設計圖紙和有關技術規範,對支吊架及其零部件的位置、連接、荷載等方面進行細緻的調接和調整。
After assembly, all aspects of spring support and hanger and elements, such as location, connection, load and so on shall be adjusted carefully as per design drawings and related technical specification.
嚴格檢驗,就是在安裝前對支吊架零部件和材料的產品品質進行嚴格驗收;在安裝後、水壓試驗後和投入運行時對每個支吊架進行嚴格檢查並認真記錄。
Before installation, the product quality of elements and materials of spring support and hanger shall be inspected strictly. Each spring support and hanger shall be examined and recorded carefully after installation, hydraulic test and running.
另,變力彈簧支吊架安裝前,首先應該核對彈簧組件銘牌所示的管線代碼、吊架編號、型號、規格、彈簧整定載荷及熱位移量和方向是否與設計檔相符。在銘牌上貼有藍色箭頭”C”指示冷態荷載位置,它應與彈簧壓蓋上的指示線(箭頭)持平;紅色箭頭”H”指示理論熱態位置。
Besides, before installation of variable spring support and hanger, the line number, hanger number, type, specification, spring setting load and hot displacement and direction indicated on the nameplate shall be checked to see if they have met the design requirements. Blue
arrow ”C” shall be attached to the nameplate to indicate cold load
location, and it shall be flushed with the indicated line (arrow) on the spring gland. The red arrow ”H” represents theoretical hot state location.
我公司生產的變力彈簧支吊架,在出廠前均已經精確整定在冷態載荷位置,請用戶放心!
The variable spring support and hanger fabricated by our company have been set on cold load location before delivery, please take it easy.
2. 吊架安裝說明Installation Specification for Hangers
常規的變力彈簧吊架一般分為A型、B型、C型、D型、E型、G型。(如上圖所示)
Regular variable spring hangers can be classified to type A, B, C, D, E and G ( as shown above).
安裝方法如下:Installation Method
1. 按照設計圖紙將吊架進行連接,常規的連接部件包括:吊杆、吊板、鬆緊螺母(又稱花籃螺母)、U形耳子、環形耳子、管夾等等;
Connection for hangers shall be as per the design drawings, and common connection pieces include: rods, hanger plates, turnbuckles, U-lugs, ring lugs, pipe clamps and so on.
2. 旋轉鬆緊螺母,使吊杆受力,此時指示板處於安裝載荷相應刻度處(“C”標籤處),定位塊或定位銷容易取出,此時定位塊或定位銷不受力,可輕鬆取下,但定位塊或定位銷暫不要取出,待水壓試驗後或裝置運行前再取出,這時彈簧吊架所處的狀態即為安裝狀態(又稱冷態);
Rotate the turnbuckle to make the rod in a forced condition, and at the same time the indication plate is located at responding scale of installation load (mark “C”). The locating pieces or pins are in unforced condition, and they can be got out easily. Get out the locating pieces or pins only after hydraulic test or before running, and now the spring hanger is at installation state (also cold state).
3. 水壓試驗後,所有彈簧吊架的定位塊或定位銷必須全部拆除,但嚴禁強行取出,必須在安裝狀態下取出,若不在安裝狀態,可再按方法2進行調整。
After hydraulic test, locating pieces and pins of all spring hangers shall be removed fully at installation state, and getting out with force is allowed. If they are not at installation state, adjust as per method 2.
熱態調整:Hot Condition Adjustment
正常狀態下,彈簧吊架的工作狀態應該是:彈簧壓板的下邊緣對應於彈簧吊架銘牌上的“H”標籤處,若實際與此有偏差,可通過調節鬆緊螺母讓其回至“H”標籤處。
In normal state, down edge of spring pressure plate shall be corresponding with mark “H” on the nameplate of spring hanger. If any deviation, the turnbuckle can be adjusted to mak it return to location of mark “H”.
倘若實際工作載荷與其有偏差,需要調整,則可根據銘牌上的工作載荷和彈簧剛度資料進行計算後進行調整。
If actual working load need to be adjusted, calculate as per the data of working load and spring rigidity on the nameplate firstly and then adjustment can be performed.
