For this dip, due to the below reason, Color Lab would like to call out and hold submission, please kindly communicate with client for this status. Thanks!

 Call out for brightness cannot achieve

 fabric texture is different for the dip and color std

 there are especial request for the dip that is discharge

that is GOTS that is 4 in 1(5 in 1) that is FABRIQ that is cross staining that is fastness that is fluorescence

 the base whitness of fabric is dull since there are relative high lycra content  the recommended recipe is abnormal for bulk production

 Call out for depth cannot achieve

 wet crocking fastness limitation

 dyestuff have been used the maximum dosage

 there will color stains in the bulk product if increase the depth once more  the dip be requested to single dye

 there are limited dosage for fluorescent dyes

 the fastness of water/washing staining cannot achieve is 3.0 grade

 Call out for metamerism surrender

 the fabric texture is different for the dip and the color std  achieve brightness

 there are especial request for the dip

 the better flaring dyes combination can’t be used since that is not normal to produce bulk

 Call out for comments is different

 Refer to CMC DE reading, may find the client’s comment is

different with computer color matching. Attached file that is reflectance date.

 Call out for color std is not normal

 this color, was rejected many rounds and the color std is too small for matched correctly,pls provide min

3cmX3cm color std.
