摘要：Aspects of the present disclosure provide an apparatus and techniques formanaging interference across carriers of an operator. A base station identifies a first
portion of a first carrier assigned to an operator, wherein uplink and downlink subframeconfiguration for TDD communications using the first portion and a first portion of asecond carrier also assigned to the first operator are synchronized between the first andthe second carriers. The base station identifies a second portion of the first carrier,wherein uplink and downlink subframe configurations for TDD communications using thesecond portion and a second portion of the second carrier are not synchronized betweenthe first and second carriers. The base station communicates with one or more userequipments (UEs) using the first and second portions of the first carrier.
