I have always been fascinated by different cultures and languages. When I was in college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in China for a semester. It was a life-changing experience for me. I remember feeling like a fish out of water when I first arrived. Everything was so different – the food, the language, the customs. But as time went on, I started to adapt and even picked up some Mandarin along the way. One of the most memorable experiences was when I visited the Great Wall. It was breathtaking and I felt so small in comparison. It was a humbling experience that I will never forget.
