用75%酒精擦拭工作台面，保持无菌环境。
Wipe the workbench with 75% alcohol to maintain aseptic environment.
打开紫外线灯，对工作台进行紫外线消毒。
Turn on the ultraviolet lamp and disinfect the workbench with ultraviolet light.
等待15分钟后，紫外线消毒完成，开始实验操作。 After 15 minutes, the ultraviolet disinfection is completed, and the experimental operation begins.
打开无菌培养皿盖，将所需培养基倒入培养皿中。 Open the lid of the sterile petri dish, and pour the required medium into the dish.
小心将待检测样品转移到培养皿上，避免污染。
Carefully transfer the test sample onto the petri dish to avoid contamination.
用消毒酒精棉球擦拭培养皿口，然后盖上培养皿盖。 Wipe the mouth of the petri dish with a disinfectant alcohol swab, and then cover the dish.
将培养皿放入孵育箱中，以37摄氏度孵育24小时。
Put the petri dish into the incubator and incubate at 37 degrees Celsius for 24 hours.
操作完成后，关闭紫外线灯和孵育箱，清理工作台。 After the operation, turn off the ultraviolet lamp and incubator, and clean the workbench.
清洗和归还实验服、手套，将实验用品归置到指定位置。 Clean and return the lab coat and gloves, and place the experimental supplies in the designated location.
实验操作流程顺利完成，保持了良好的无菌操作环境。 The experimental operation process was successfully completed, maintaining a good aseptic operating environment.
