摘要：The operating mechanism consists of a socket (10) fitted detachably to thestopcock (103), upper (2) and lower (3) telescopic tubes with a spring (6) to lift the upperone, and a handle (16) to rotate it. It has a first non-secure lock (9) to hold the uppertube in its lower position and deploy it selectively, and a second secure lock (14, 33) with
non-return elements (71, 72) which prevent the stopcock being re-opened once it hasbeen closed, except by inserting a special key in the lower end of the upper tube.
