第四小学刘亚琴 尊敬的各位家长：

你们好！首先感谢各位家长，今天你们能够在百忙之中,抽出宝贵的时间来参加家长会，单从这点就可看出大家对自己的子女教育问题的高度关注。这也是对孩子的一种尊重和鼓励。开家长会是为了加强家校联系，相互交流孩子们在校和在家的一些情况，以便我们及时调整工作，提高教学的质量，同时也希望家长能了解我们的工作安排，有效帮助自己的孩子在家如何开展学习，使孩子们能够在今年的学习中能取得最佳的成绩，以实现家长、孩子、老师三者共同的心愿。就本学期的英语教学与诸位共同探讨，研究对策，帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为今后的英语学习打好基础，更确切地说是养成良好的听说读写的习惯，掌握一些最基础的语法。下面我从以下几方面来说说。

一、英语学习的现状

三年级着重学生基本语音的模仿，四年级则注重英文的规范书写，（五六年级才是孩子真正开始接触语法。）那么五年级是很关键的一年，因为五年级起到了承上启下的作用，我们要在三四年级良好的基础上让孩子继续保持英语学习的兴趣，为将来升入六年级打下坚实的基础。

二、如何让孩子喜欢学英语主动学英语

首先，应该让孩子明确英语学习的重要性，帮助他们树立信心。其次，帮助孩子建立和形成良好的英语学习习惯。良好的学习习惯分两部分：一是课堂习惯，二是课外习惯。课堂良好习惯表现为：能集中注意力听，能积极大胆发言，能适时的做好必要的笔记。集中注意力听这点我觉得很重要，很多孩子在做题和考试中遇到困难，很大的原因就是上课没有专心听课，现

在我的要求是我的讲的时候要求学生认真听，我会留出时间给孩子们作课堂纪录。课外良好的习惯表现为：1.能完成老师布置的预习任务。2.能按时，保质保量

的完成课外作业。再者，要关注孩子的学习过程，不要只注重结果。意思是说不要等成绩出来了再说，而是时刻关注孩子每一天的成长。

三、本学期几点具体做法

1、关于单词和句子的背诵和默写。

这是基础之基础。每课的单词要求学生能默写，要求学生回家背诵并试默，高质量的试默要做到及时、有效。

2、关于课文朗读，在这里我不强调背诵的滚瓜烂熟，只要求能够像说话一样有条理的说出来。要求每篇课文背诵。

3、关于作业。

我们有作业本和练写本。作业本是抄写四会单词，词组，句子和部分对话，默写本，是默写四会单词，词组和句子，家长平时也可以翻阅默写本来检查孩子的英语学习情况。

4.试卷分析

本学期开学至今，班级的学习气氛不及上学期，英语成绩较之也退步了。基础知识：单词，短语，句型。一旦基础的东西掌握了，不管它怎么变，万变不离其宗。

4、注意的地方
