Inner Beauty

Today, as the development of technology, people can change their faces by doing plastic surgery, because of the commercial ads, people are highly effected by the exaggerated facts that they can be the shining stars. So people pay special attention on the outlooks, they want to look perfect, as far as I am concerned, the true beauty is nothing with perfect looking, only the inner beauty makes you shining. In the fairly tale of Cinderella, the prince chooses the poor girl instead of the beautiful girls, because he admires Cinderella’s inner beauty, though she is nobody. Though it is just a story, it tells people that inner beauty makes one outstanding. People can make their faces perfect, but there is no way to fulfill their inner beauty by technology. Inner beauty is the most precious thing, beautiful outlook will fade away with the time, but inner beauty won’t, it only getting valuable.

读了东门望同志所写“关于爱人的美”一文，我有一个问题：外貌的丑确能因为内在的美而转化为美吗？重读了这篇文章以后，又有一个感觉：东门望同志没有解决李奋同志所提出的问题。由于如何正确理解内在美与外貌美的关系问题是一个有普遍意义的问题，因此我感到有必要谈谈我与东门望同志某些不同的看法。 先说第一个问题。我认为一个人外貌的美丑和内在的美丑都是客观存在，两者之间矛盾或不矛盾是不能抹煞也不必要加以抹煞的。人们之爱李逵，是爱他为了人民而与统治阶级勇敢斗争的英雄性格，并不一定爱他那“黄眉、赤眼、黑皮”，更不会认为李逵的外貌是最美丽的了。不要说远，譬如以我的爱人来说吧：她思想上是进步的，对我有真挚的爱情，因此我认为她的内在是美的；但是我并不认为她脸上像铜钱那样大的一个疮疤以及满脸雀斑也是美丽的。她的内在的美与外貌的不美是一个矛盾。这个矛盾反

映在我思想上，便产生了爱她内在的美与不爱她外貌的不美这样一个矛盾。我并不掩盖这个矛盾，我没有对她说：“你脸上的疮疤和雀斑是多美啊！”可是我们生活得很好，我没有动摇过，因为我把外貌的美放在次要的地位，我懂得双方政治上、思想上的一致和真诚深刻的爱情是共同幸福生活的基础。李奋同志说，他爱人的眼睛缺乏动人的神色，皮肤缺乏美丽的光泽，而东门望同志却硬要李奋同志从他爱人的缺乏动人的神色的眼睛里看出动人的神色，从缺乏美丽的光泽的皮肤里看出美丽的光泽来，这怎么可能又有什么必要呢？难道看不出这些东西来，李奋同志就不能解决自己思想上的矛盾吗？我认为东门望同志关于外貌的丑能因内在的美而转化为美的这种说法，是不实事求是的、掩盖矛盾和自欺欺人的说法。

再说另一个感觉。东门望同志所列举的四种情况以及整篇文章的中心，在于说明当你看一个人、特别是自己的爱人时，应把其内在的美放在主要地位，而不应把外貌的美放在主要地位。自然，这样的说法是正确的、必要的，以此来指导青年也是可以的。不这样，就不能从政治上分清敌我，从思想上分清好坏，这种恋爱观点便是资产阶级的唯美主义观点。但是，这种说法究竟是太一般了，简单了。如果要李奋同志在与反、思(本文来自：www.bdFqY.cOM 千 叶帆文 摘:内在美外在美英语作文)想进步与品质恶劣、道德败坏的人之间选择一个爱人，我相信李奋同志是不会因为外貌的美丑而矛盾重重的。对于大多数人说来，分清这

条界限是比较容易的。李奋同志提出的是另外一种情况：在许多政治上没有问题、思想上都要求进步的同学中间选择自己的爱人时，外貌的美与不美应放在何等地位？而这种情况也是我们不少人所经常碰到并容易引起思想矛盾的问题。我认为：在这样的情况下，外貌的美也是一个条件，外貌的美能使你更爱一个人；但毕竟只是一个次要的条件。如果把外貌的美放在思想一致与深刻爱情之上，是会带来痛苦和不幸的。天下美丽的人多得很，如果一看见比自己爱人漂亮的人就动摇，那还有什么爱情的忠诚和专一呢？外貌的美是暂时的，随着年岁的增长，美丽的外貌也将日渐失去光彩，而内在的美即使我们自首到老，还永远感到爱情的幸福。我就是凭着以上这些看法解决我自己的思想矛盾的。不知这些看法对李奋同志是否有些帮助。

我感到东门望同志这篇文章中所表现出来的片面性和主观性，恐怕是由于想帮助李奋同志抹去（不是解决）思想上的矛盾的结果。但这不是解决问题的办法，实际上也是不能解决问题的。 篇三：Inner Beauty And Outward Beauty内在美与外在美 Beauty

With the rising of our living standard, people begin to pay more and more attention to the appearance. Many people spend a lot of time and energy on beautiful clothes, fashionable hairstyle and so on. However although the outward beauty works, the inner beauty is much more important. Now I'd like to share two stories with

you, and you will know what real beauty is.

The first story is about a famous singer. She is very beautiful and fashionable, and a lot of teenagers like to copy her because they think she is never out of fashion. Once, she was invited to Zhejiang , when it is her turn to sing the song "Devotion of Love". She didn't sing at once, she asked for more money. After she got the enough money， she counted the money piece by piece, and the audiences had to wait for her for a long time. When she at last began to sing, one audience stood up and said to her angrily: "You are not qualified to sing this song, because you don't have any devotion of love.Hearing this, she lost her temper, she quarreled with the audiences with her finger pointed at him. How disappointed her fans were.

Now, it is another true story. It is about a poor old lady who lives from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. However she adopted more than ten homeless orphans, in order to bring then up, she work form morning till night, and in order to make the living condition and study condition better, she went to hospital to sell her blood, and the loss of blood made her faint again and again. When you ask her why she burdened herself with so many children, she answered with a smile on her face: "I love the children, and I like to stay with them."Although the old

lady is poor, she is loved by her children and she is praised by the government and she is respected by the people everywhere. What makes that ordinary woman extraordinary? It is inner beauty and her true devotion of love.

Now do you know what real beauty is, it is depend on one's heart and behavior, that is , inner beauty.
