First impressions can be deceiving

People in modern world are more and more likely to label a person as either good or bad just by the first impressions. Due to the trend people always make up themselves so that they can give others the perfect first impressions and apply for a job successfully or for some other things. But in fact, it's easy to be deceived by the first impressions.

First, we are supposed to give others good first impressions so that we can have further exchange with others. But some people always hide their own characters to the strangers automatically or have some skills by fast-learning. They don't show what they really are. They may have very bad tempers and don't own any skills. Other people may regret making friends with them because they just de attracted by the first impressions. They hurt others in some ways.

Second, the first impressions are shown by meeting for the first time while the person's inner beauties and abilities may can not be shown at the same time. For example, it takes a high risk for companies to recruit staffs just by one interview process. Consequently nowaday managers always set variety of parts of interviews hoping to avoid being deceived by the first impressions and select some real talents fitting for the job.

In short, it's inadvisable to judge a person by the first impressions although it is really important in some degree. Pay more attentions to the inners actually can't be treated and is more meaningful.
