摘要：A threaded connection includes at least one contact zone axially separatedfrom threadings in which a male and female elements are in sealed contact via bearingsurfaces respectively constituted by a cambered surface and by a tapered surface. Such acontact zone ensures a seal against fluids despite positional inaccuracies in the male andfemale elements at the end of makeup, due to the geometrical characteristics of thethreadings. Such a threaded connection can find, as an example, application to oil and gaswells.
