摘要：Disclosed is a method for mechanically connecting flat seals (13) comprising atleast two layers (10, 11, 12). In said method, the individual layers (10-12) are placed in thearea of a tool (2'), at least one punch that has an approximately circular cross-section (13)partially cuts the layers at defined points of the respective connection zone (14), and atleast some of the remaining material is deformed outside the respective cut zone (7, 8, 9)to form bent zones (4, 5, 6) such that the respective cut zone (7-9) is round and therespective bent zone (4-6) is straight. Burrs (7') of at least one of the layers (10-12) areeffectively connected to the material of at least one other layer (10-12) in order to forma removable clamping connection, said burrs (7') being formed in the cut zone (7-9).
