摘要：Novel markers for colon cancer that are both sensitive and accurate. Thesemarkers are overexpressed in colon cancer specifically, as opposed to normal colontissue. The measurement of these markers, alone or in combination, in patient samplesprovides information that the diagnostician can correlate with a probable diagnosis ofcolon cancer. The markers of the present invention, alone or in combination, show a highdegree of differential detection between colon cancer and non-cancerous states.
