摘要：A first optical system () has a first beam splitter (). The first beam splitter ()splits light arriving through a first optical path (P) into two light beams, and outputs one

light beam to a second optical path (P) and the other light beam to a third optical path(P). A second optical system () outputs the light output from the first beam splitter () tothe second optical path (P) and arriving at the second optical system () upon giving thelight an intensity change with wavelength dependence and a phase change, and has asecond beam splitter (), first reflecting mirror (), and second reflecting mirror (). Thismakes it possible to provide an optical filter () which can realize a characteristic excellentin isolation with a very simple arrangement.
