摘要：To provide a heat radiator using a material that can replace copper, and amanufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A heat radiator includes: a first titanium metal

plate having a first plane and a second plane, the first plane having a plurality of convexparts; a second titanium metal plate having a third plane and a fourth plane, the thirdplane being provided with a metal mesh; and working fluid put in a sealed housingformed by the first plane of the first titanium metal plate and the third plane of thesecond titanium metal plate being opposed to each other and being mutually covered.As pure titanium is used as a main material in place of conventional copper, the weight issignificantly reduced and a heat radiation effect is increased by an increase in a heatconduction area due to the plurality of convex parts and the metal mesh, and thegeneration of capillary force. The convex parts are formed by subjecting the titaniummetal plate to press work after it is heat-treated so that the titanium metal can bemanufactured by performing plastic working freely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
