Pan:Hi, chen , long time no see .what did you do in the holiday?

Chen:well,I went to shanghai and spent my holidays with my friends.

Pan:oh,great ,World Exposition is coming ,and has shanghai take great changes recently?

Chen:of course. Everywhere is improving traffic conditions and building the beautify the environment of the city

Pan:well, It did has taken great changes in China since liberation .Do you think so?

Chen: Yes ,it is .Our motherland has taken changes in many aspects ,such as policy \\economy \\culture\\ sports

Pan:yes,I agree with you .Our government is bocoming more and more stonger. It values the development of every careers ,keeps pace with the times and builds the harmonious society. Although it undergo Great leap forward \\Culture Revolution,it become more mature after these failures and exploration .

Chen:yes, With the proper political guidance, the economy develops more faster and healther. After the planned economy,We become to take the reform and open policy .we learn the advanced ideas and technologies in the world. The living

standards of people are improved apparently.

Pan:well,not only the material civilization but also the spiritual civilization have made great success. The level of education is improved . The publication market is very prosperous.we are living in a cultural atmosphere.It is pleasant and good for health.

Chen : yes, we also attach importance to physical exercise. We advocate a more healthy and positive lifestyle.The successful launch of Beijing Olympics is a good demonstration. Our physical strength has been greatly enhanced .I m honored to be a Chinese people .

Pan:Yes.Songmetimes, I also think Im so lucky to born in this ages .I hope that the future of our motherland will be better

Chen: Hi,Pan,Would you like to go shopping with me this Sunday?

Pan:Oh,I am sorry, I would like to go,but I am going to my best friend”s wedding this Sunday.

Chen:That is a good news.You should take part in the wedding.

Pan:Yes,I m very excited for her and I hope that she will have happiness. But a successful marriage is difficult to handle with .Do you think so?

Chen:Yes ,I agree with you.marriage means responsibilities,loyalty,care, tolerance.There are many factors contributing to a successful marriage,such as love, commitment,physical fitness .

Pan:You are right.It s really a long career.Both sides should make joint efforts.I think love and mutural understanding are most important.

Chen: Shared values is also important .They have some interests in comom.It s helpful to their communication and mutural understanding.

Chen:oh,no ,I don’t like ads. Futhermore,I think it plays a negative role in our society.

Pan:I disagree with you.In my opinion, ads is necessary and useful . It provides advice and many choices for us . Through ads we have a rough idea of products.It saves people a lot of time and efforts.

Chen: But In order to earn money, ads persuades consumers to buy products blindly's . people can not distinguish between true and false information .Some advertisents even cheat consumers.sucu as milk problem The milk contains toxic substances . Its very harmful to the body.

Pan: well, This is because advertising market is not standardized and supervision is inadequate This is due to people's quality.But this is nothing to do with the ads themselves. We can also see public service ads.

It promotes cultural development.and plays a positive role in our society

Chen: Too many TV ads are polluting our living environment. It's boring and i'm tired of these nonsense.

Pan: This is a paradox.Without ads, we can not watch TV programmes. In fact , Some creative ads are very funny and exciting.,especially the western ads.

Chen:But most of Chinese ads are tedious .I don’t like. I hope that China's ad will make progress . Some ads pleasure worships money and pleasure too much.It mislead people to consume blindly.

Pan: We need to strengthen the capacity of rational consumption and make rational use of ads.

Chen: Oh,Recently my state is not very good.
